The Hartford Building

Included in the 2005 CBD revitalization master-plan initiative, the Hartford Building embodies the opportunity to bring new residential life to downtown's existing architecture. The historic St. Paul Street tower, beside the DART station, is now the subject of a registered plan for 217 apartments, retaining its mid-century character and creating dedicated resident amenities.
